These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AI call recovery, lead qualification, and scheduling infrastructure (the "Service") provided by Zicorp Enterprises Inc. ("Zicorp," "we," "us"). By engaging Zicorp's services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
Zicorp installs and maintains an AI-driven system that detects missed calls, initiates automated SMS follow-up, qualifies leads, and books appointments to the Client's calendar, along with a reporting dashboard for call logs, recordings, and lead tracking.
Clients may cancel the monthly subscription at any time with written notice; service continues through the remainder of the then-current billing period. There is no long-term contract requirement for the monthly fee. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs.
The Client is responsible for ensuring it has the necessary rights and consents to route its business phone line through the Service, and for compliance with applicable telemarketing, consumer protection, and data privacy laws (including but not limited to the TCPA) as they apply to the Client's business.
Where offered, territory exclusivity applies to one Client per defined trade and service area, as confirmed at the time of the systems briefing. Zicorp reserves the right to define service area boundaries.
The Service is provided "as is." Zicorp is not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from system downtime, third-party integration failures, or events outside Zicorp's reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zicorp's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the preceding three (3) months.
Lead, call, and appointment data generated through the Client's use of the Service belongs to the Client and remains exportable, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Zicorp may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
